
My coaching philosophy is based on my passion of running and seeing others learn to love running as I do. Personalized running programs are designed bearing in mind commitments to family and work. Programs are a balance of aerobic, anaerobic, stretching and strength work. Each person is different, therefore, no two programs will be the same. The success of each program comes from constant communication between coach and athlete and continuous feedback from the athlete.
Group workouts are non-intimidating and meet the needs of the beginner to elite athletes. The camaraderie that is formed leads to lasting friendships and training partners outside of the weekly speed/strength workout.
Most importantly, I love seeing athletes achieve goals they never dreamed possible.
