RunStrong, LLC is dedicated to educating and improving current fitness in a safe and healthy way.
Whether you are looking to start running to lose weight, get into shape, preparing for an upcoming sport
season, or are gearing up for a road race, your run coach will come up with a specific, detailed plan in order for
you to achieve your goals.
This running program will provide individuals the opportunity to learn about personal health and physical fitness, and to connect with members of the community
who also enjoy cardio fitness!
Group training and
1 on 1 coaching available!
As your coach, I will provide two to three physical workouts each week with a variety of paces and
distances based upon your ability.
You will be provided with tips on
nutrition, core exercises, stretching, and much more.
Being physically strong is an important part of running that many people overlook. You will have the option of
including runner-specific weight lifting
and strengthening sessions along with
running sessions and workouts.
Strengthening sessions will target form correction,
strength, stride improvement, flexibility,
core, increasing speed, and more!
The lifting routine will always be held
at the Energy Health and Wellness facility.
